π Unlucky Nugget Saloon Disneyland Paris: Halloween 2026 Guide & Menu
Last Updated: 10 October 2026
The Unlucky Nugget Saloon is back at Disneyland Paris for Halloween 2026 β and this year’s haunted transformation is considerably bigger than the original.
From 26 September to 1 November 2026, Frontierland’s Lucky Nugget Saloon becomes the Unlucky Nugget Saloon, a temporary Phantom Manor-inspired dining experience built around the ill-fated wedding of Melanie Ravenswood.
Expect spooky lighting, eerie music, special effects, abandoned wedding decorations and a Halloween menu.
And after its successful debut in 2025, Disney has expanded the story for 2026 to include the restaurant’s first floor, Last Chance Cafe and the nearby popcorn kiosk.
Basically, the Ravenswoods have taken over a larger chunk of Frontierland this year.

π» What Is the Unlucky Nugget Saloon?
For most of the year, The Lucky Nugget Saloon is an elaborate Wild West restaurant in Frontierland.
But during Disney Halloween Festival, something has gone rather wrong with its luck.
The restaurant becomes The Unlucky Nugget Saloon.
The transformation is inspired by nearby Phantom Manor and the tragic story of Melanie Ravenswood.
According to the Halloween story, a lavish wedding reception was supposed to take place inside the saloon.
Except the wedding never happened.
The abandoned celebration has now been left to decay, with eerie lighting, strange sounds, cobwebs, ageing decorations and reminders of the wedding that should have taken place.
π° Who is Melanie Ravenswood?
Melanie is the bride at the centre of the Phantom Manor story. If you’ve ever wondered why she’s still wandering around that enormous house in a wedding dress looking slightly fed up with life, our Phantom Manor backstory guide explains the whole wonderfully dark mess.
π What’s New at the Unlucky Nugget Saloon for 2026?
This isn’t simply Disney bringing back exactly the same experience from 2025.
Following the popularity of its first Halloween season, Disney Imagineers have expanded the Unlucky Nugget for 2026.
πΌοΈ The First Floor Is Now Part of the Experience
One of the biggest additions is upstairs.
The restaurant’s first floor has been transformed with a new portrait gallery inspired by Phantom Manor.
Fans of the attraction should recognise some rather familiar faces among the artwork.
This gives the Unlucky Nugget much more of a connection to Phantom Manor than simply putting cobwebs around the restaurant and calling it Halloween.
π‘ New Lighting, Music & Special Effects
The ground floor combines Halloween decorations with:
- Atmospheric lighting
- Eerie music
- Special effects
- Abandoned wedding details
- Phantom Manor-inspired storytelling
The idea is that you’ve entered the venue where Melanie Ravenswood’s wedding reception should have happened.
Spoiler: it didn’t go terribly well.

π΅ The Haunting Has Escaped Outside
For 2026, the experience no longer stops at the restaurant doors.
Halloween decorations extend into the surrounding Frontierland area, including:
- Last Chance Cafe
- The popcorn kiosk opposite The Lucky Nugget
That creates a larger Ravenswood-themed area rather than one isolated Halloween restaurant.
πΈ DLP Tips
Don’t rush straight to your table. Have a proper look around downstairs and upstairs, and check the surrounding area outside. A lot of the fun is in the details rather than just the food.
π½οΈ Unlucky Nugget Saloon Halloween Menu 2026
The Unlucky Nugget has a special Halloween menu for the season.
The main adult set menu costs β¬30 and includes:
- One main course
- One dessert
- One drink
π Haunted Hog Roll
Pulled pork served with caramelised onions, black cheddar sauce, pico de gallo, sweetcorn pickles and smoked ketchup.
It comes with a choice of curly fries or fresh salad.
π Other Halloween Choices
The seasonal menu also includes themed alternatives and desserts designed specifically for the Unlucky Nugget experience.
Rather than being a completely separate restaurant concept, it’s essentially the familiar Lucky Nugget style given a darker Halloween makeover.
πΆ 2026 Prices
Adult set menu: β¬30
Children’s menu: β¬16
π³ Are Disneyland Paris Meal Plans Accepted?
The Lucky Nugget Saloon normally accepts Disneyland Paris Meal Plan vouchers.
If you’re using a Meal Plan during Halloween, check your MagicPass and the current restaurant terms to confirm how your particular plan applies to the seasonal menu.
This is especially worth checking before ordering any extras that aren’t covered by your voucher.
π Read our Disneyland Paris Meal Plans Guide.
ποΈ Do You Need to Book the Unlucky Nugget Saloon?
No advance table reservation is normally required for The Lucky Nugget Saloon.
That makes the Unlucky Nugget particularly useful if you’ve arrived at Disneyland Paris during Halloween without having booked every meal months beforehand.
But there’s a catch.
Popular doesn’t mean instantly available.
Because this is a limited-time Halloween experience, queues can build during busy lunch and dinner periods.
β° When would we go?
If seeing the restaurant is more important than eating at a traditional lunch or dinner time, we’d avoid the obvious peak period. An earlier or later meal gives you a better chance of avoiding the biggest queue.
πΆ Is the Unlucky Nugget Saloon Scary for Children?
It’s spooky rather than genuinely frightening.
The experience uses:
- Darkened lighting
- Ghostly decorations
- Phantom Manor imagery
- Eerie music
- Special effects
But this is still a family restaurant inside Disneyland Park rather than a Halloween horror attraction.
Children who happily ride Phantom Manor are unlikely to find the Unlucky Nugget particularly scary.
Very young children who dislike dark rooms, skeletons or spooky noises might find some of the atmosphere a little unsettling.
π» Is It Actually Connected to Phantom Manor?
Very much so.
This is one of the things that makes the Unlucky Nugget more interesting than a generic Halloween restaurant makeover.
The entire concept revolves around Melanie Ravenswood’s abandoned wedding reception.
Phantom Manor sits nearby in Frontierland, and both attractions exist within the wider story of Thunder Mesa and the Ravenswood family.
The new upstairs portrait gallery makes that connection even stronger in 2026.
If you’re a Phantom Manor fan, we’d definitely explore the restaurant rather than simply sitting down, eating and leaving.
π Read the full Phantom Manor & Ravenswood story.
πΈ What Should You Look Out For?
Part of the appeal is spotting the little details.
Look for:
- The Phantom Manor-inspired portraits upstairs
- References to the abandoned Ravenswood wedding
- Changes in lighting throughout the restaurant
- Wedding decorations that have clearly seen better days
- Details around Last Chance Cafe
- The themed popcorn kiosk opposite
If you’re interested in Disney Imagineering and Frontierland storytelling, give yourself a few minutes to explore rather than treating this as somewhere to inhale a burger before running back to Big Thunder Mountain.
β Is the Unlucky Nugget Saloon Worth Visiting?
For Phantom Manor fans: absolutely.
It’s one of those Disneyland Paris seasonal additions that works particularly well because it isn’t randomly themed.
The story actually belongs in Frontierland.
Phantom Manor, Thunder Mesa, Melanie Ravenswood and the abandoned wedding all tie naturally into the Lucky Nugget setting.
For everyone else, it comes down to whether you fancy the food.
We wouldn’t recommend joining an enormous queue purely because a restaurant has cobwebs.
But if you’re already considering eating at the Lucky Nugget, the Halloween transformation makes this easily the most interesting time of year to try it.
β€οΈ DLP Tips Recommends
Visit if you enjoy Phantom Manor, Frontierland storytelling or Halloween theming. Even if you’re not eating here, it’s worth checking the surrounding decorations at Last Chance Cafe and the popcorn kiosk while you’re passing through Frontierland.
π What Happens After Halloween?
The Unlucky Nugget is a temporary seasonal transformation.
For 2026, the experience runs until 1 November.
After Halloween ends, the ghosts are evicted, the abandoned wedding is packed away and the venue returns to being The Lucky Nugget Saloon.
So if you’re visiting later in November or during Christmas, don’t expect the Unlucky Nugget theming to remain.

β¨ Final Thoughts
The Unlucky Nugget was one of Disneyland Paris’s more interesting Halloween additions when it debuted in 2025.
For 2026, Disney has gone further.
The addition of the upstairs portrait gallery, more Phantom Manor references and the expansion into the surrounding Frontierland area makes it feel less like a restaurant wearing Halloween decorations and more like an extension of the Thunder Mesa story.
If you’re visiting Disneyland Paris between 26 September and 1 November 2026, we’d particularly recommend it for Phantom Manor fans.
And even if you’re not hungry, have a wander past.
The Ravenswoods have apparently waited a very long time for this wedding reception.
It would be rude not to show up.
