Hi Jacqueline,

Guests with a disability can get 10% discount if buying a day ticket at Disneyland Paris. They are also entitled to take a carer with them FREE each day with proof of disability. Proof can be in the gorm of a blue badge + photo id or a Doctors letter dated within 3 months of travel detailing the disability.

Billy

Visitors with Disabilities
Hi Raminta,

Yes of course mental conditions are viewed the same as physical. You will just need a letter from your doctor stating that she requires a carer (to keep her safe, help out or assist with enjoyment etc) dated within 3 months of travel & you will be able to have a carers ticket free each day.

Visitors with Disabilities
Hi Emma,

You should be able to get a rebate off the total cost from your travel company as this is a Disney scheme which they should be able to pass on to you. Worth calling & asking.

You can still get a Green pass if you take with you a copy of your DLA award (dated within previous 12 months) and most importantly a letter from your doctor or even your ADHD paediatrician stating the diagnosis & that they have difficulty queuing etc. This letter should be on official headed paper & dated within 3 months of travel.

Annual Passes
Hi Mal,

You call the AP office on 08448 008 898. They will give you a quote for whichever hotel you want to stay in. Offers depend on occupancy rates & how many rooms are available so sometimes the pricier hotels can be cheaper than booking a value resort. They tend to release in 3 month or 6 month blocks in advance. They will have a certain allocation of rooms at around 50% discount then once these are gone the discount will be lowered in stages until all rooms are sold.

If you call the AP number above they will be able to tell you all the rooms available & dates when they will be open for booking. Generally 3-6 months in advance

Billy

Annual Passes
Hi Mal,

Yes it gives you full access including park hopping to both parks for up to 365 days a year on Infinity. There are blockout dates for lower passes as detailed on our Annual Pass page. The perks/discounts are just an added benefit.

Ride Closures & Refurbishments 2018
Hi Aidan,

The opening date has been moved a couple of times but the date we have for the moment is early 2019 I’m afraid. That’s not to say it will change or have a soft opening but it looks like November will be closed. It’s certainly a large refurb going on with extensive work. Fingers crossed for you that it opens early!

Annual Passes
Hi Shannon,

With it being so close to your visit i would advise just buying on arrival. Just buy a day ticket at the gate for you all and then at some point during the day you can head to the AP office to upgrade it to an Annual Pass. The cost of the day ticket will be deducted from the cost (or used as your deposit if you want the pay monthly option).

There are no day 2 & 3 blockout with the Magic Flex but the 27th-31st October are natural blockouts. As long as you aren’t going on these dates you are fine.

Any further help needed then let me know.

Kind Regards
Billy
