Hi Jacqueline,

Guests with a disability can get 10% discount if buying a day ticket at Disneyland Paris. They are also entitled to take a carer with them FREE each day with proof of disability. Proof can be in the gorm of a blue badge + photo id or a Doctors letter dated within 3 months of travel detailing the disability.

Kind Regards
Billy

Visitors with Disabilities
Hi Chantal,

When you go to Town Hall to receive the green card tgey will ask how long you are there for & date the pass accordingly so you only need to go once. A doctors letter dated within 12 months is fine. The letter just needs to state that it is a permanent condition which will cause difficulty with queueing etc.

Visitors with Disabilities
Hi Kym,

Yes, if you have a valid ticket & a blue badge your husband will get free access each day.

The gate price is quite expensive (around €90-€100 day ticket) and even with 10% disability discount you are usually better off buying a ticket in advance.

The other option which could save money overall & save queueing up each day for a free carers ticket is to purchase an Annual Pass dor yourself. Again, this would receive 10% discount & may be cheaper than a 4 day ticket especially when you add in the money saved from shopping/restaurant discounts as well as other perks.

Kind regards
Billy

Visitors with Disabilities
Hi Kate,

Your partner would only get free access if you had a Doctors letter stating tgat you require a carer to assist you. Unfortunately i can’t help you with a refund as it’s not something i have ever heard of anyone asking for.

My only advice would be to call the Annual Pass office or contact ghest services & let them know you purchased in error. Hopefully they are accommodating.

Kind Regards
Billy

Ride Closures & Refurbishments 2018
Hi Rose,

Good news! Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster will be open. In fact there are no closures at all in Walt Disney studios park & only a very small closure list for the main park from now until January 6th.

Have a magical time!

Disney Illuminations at Disneyland Paris
Hi Colleen,

I’m really sad to hear of the experience you are having. It sounds grim (probably huge understatement on my part).

I would advise you to get to guest services & ask for a change of room, possibly a quieter room can be found. Also…… Do you have a green pass to enable you into the disability viewing area for fireworks/parades etc? It will also help with queueing for rides, character meets etc.

As for the selfish people in the crowds (& abusive too) i am really saddened to hear of this behaviour.

I’m hoping you have a much MUCH better day tomorrow & guest services can take care of you. Definitely get a green pass though if you don’t already, they make a big difference.

We are not affiliated to Disney so can only offer advice & tips on maximising your stay, but if you need any info etc then feel free to ask. We have been on holidays ourselves which have not been enjoyable (not at Disney thankfully) & it can be a miserable & depressing time. As i said, i hope Guest Services can help you & sprinkle some pixie dust your families’ way.

Kind regards
Billy

Annual Passes
Hi Dan,

Yes, you can upgrade a day ticket bought in advance from any seller (not just Disney directly) as long as the ticket has the value you printed on it so that Disney can deduct the value from your AP cost.

Annual Passes
Hi Sam,

You have 2 choices of start date which depends on how you send your application. You can either do a normal postal application & they will send out a “temporary” pass which you upgrade to a full pass on your first day. Thus activates the pass & starts on the first visit.

The 2nd choice is to apply for a fully activated pass which will start, as you say, on the date they send it out to you. You can’t choose a fixed date I’m afraid.

You can pay monthly using the postal forms, check the Disneyland Paris Annual Pass page link here – https://www.disneylandparis.com/en-gb/annual-passes/

Scroll down to the links to download the forms & you need to print off the THIRD form for monthly payments.

I hope that helps, feel free to ask anything else

Kind Regards
Billy
