Comment on Princess for a Day Makeover by Billy Prentice.

Hi Julie,

Sorry for the late reply, it seems like my original reply never posted! There is no specific Alice makeover (& I have never seen anyone getting one) but the stylists are flexible in doing what you ask them to do especially if you have your own Alice dress. Just ask the Cast Member who will be able to let you know what they can do for you.

Kind Regards
Billy

Princess for a Day Makeover
Hi Lucy,

Sorry for the late reply but here is the info :

Booking the €55 princess for a day starter package must be done in person at the ‘Galerie Mickey’ shop located on the second floor of the Disneyland Hotel. It is advisable to book as soon as you can on the day you wish to receive the package. There are limited times & places each day.

You can book the premium packages, which include a dress, in advance by contacting the Disneyland Paris Special Activities team via email using the following address : dlp.disney.special.activities@disney.com

Kind Regards
Billy

Princess for a Day Makeover
Hi Jemma,

Sorry for the late reply. There is no such “Prince for a day” or equivalent but you could take him to get his face painted at one of the stalls which offer this. There are plenty of styles to choose from & prices from around €8-€30 Euros depending on the complexity of style chosen. You could perhaps have his face painted as a pirate style & purchase him a Pirates sword & hat from the Pirates of the Caribbean shop ?

Kind Regards
Billy

Hi Varda,

There is no mention of a specific Mulan makeover (& I have never seen anyone getting one) but the stylists are flexible in doing what you ask them to do especially if you have your own dress. Just ask the Cast Member who will be able to let you know what they can do for you.

Annual Passes
Hi Tracey,

Sorry I did see you ask these before but I forgot to get back to you!

Yes, if you want fully activated passes then this needs to be done in advance via mail.

You can buy the annual photpass in the following shops: Disneyland Park: New Century Notions, Flora’s Unique Shop, Strollers, Constellations, Star Command Photographers, Meet Mickey Mouse, Princess Pavillon, Le Coffre du Capitaine and Light Speed Photography- Walt Disney Studios Park: Walt Disney Studios Store, Legends of Hollywood, Rock around the Shop, Tower Hotel Gifts – Disney Village: World of Disney, World of Toys –Disney Hotels: All shops (list may change without notice). The Annual PhotoPass + is free for Annual Pass infinity holders, and available in the above shops. you can book it as an addon with your hotel package also by calling the booking line.

Yes the sponsorship of Annual Passes can be very good if able to do. If you know someone who already has an Annual Pass you can meet up with them at the AP@ office when purchasing your pass. They “sponsor” you & you are given 10% discount off the cost. The person doing the sponsoring will receive an extra 6 months added on to their pass when they sponsor 3 people. However, there are restrictions. You need to have held your Annual Pass for at least 30 days before you can sponsor someone & that person must not have held an Annual Pass in the previous 2 years.

Magic Circus Hotel
Had a great stay here with wife & 2 kids. the kids loved the bunk beds & also that they had their own personal TV & curtains on the beds for privacy! The rooms were bright & decent sized & the breakfast was a great all you can eat buffet with hot & continental offerings. The buses ran regularly & only took about 5 minutes to get to the parks. If you were walking to the parks it would take about 20 minutes but it isn’t very scenic so better taking the bus.

Annual Passes
Hi,

You can phone Disneyland Paris AP office (or use a trusted seller such as Supertrips) to buy an Annual Pass over the phone within 6 months of your first visit. They will send you out a temporary pass which you print off & then take into the parks to exchange for the full pass on your first visit. The passes would be activated on this day too so would run from 12 months of your first visit in the parks. So you could buy them now, have a temporary pass sent out & then they would be activated in Easter when you arrive & be valid until next Easter. Alternatively you can just buy them in the parks on your first day & either pay in full or spread the cost of the passes using the new Monthly Payment scheme so that you aren’t paying a large amount initially!

I hope that helps
Kind regards
Billy

Annual Passes
Hi Tracey,

1. Yes, if you have purchased via post fully activated passes then you can just go straight in on arrival.
2. If you apply by post & get full tickets before you go then they will be activated from the date Disney send them to you. If you are buying in advance over the phone or online (either from Disney or ticket sellers such as Supertrips) then you would be sent a temporary pass which you exchange pass for a full annual pass on day one of your visit. This would then run from the date of your 1st visit.
3. Photopass costs approximately €59.99. For ordinary visitors it lasts 10 days but for Annual Pass holders it runs for the entire year of your pass. This basically gives you digital downloads of all your photos whilst at the park which are taken by Disneyland Paris photographers and also all ride photos. A single ride photo can cost around €10-€15 each bought separately. There are usually Disney photgraphers at all character meet & greets & special locations throughout the park such as on main street & in front of the castle. The photos are professional & high quality. You can view & download them at home for printing or using on social media.

Ready for your next questions Tracey & don’t worry about how many questions you ask. That’s exactly the right thing to do!

Kind Regards
Billy

Annual Passes
Hi Tracey,

Only the Magic Plus holder will gain early entry (unless you are staying onsite) & also only they would get the free drink in the restaurant. One Magic Plus holder can buy up to 5 discounted Buffalo Bills tickets. The Magic Plus holder would also be able to get discount at restaurants for up to 6 people as long as they are the ones who say they are paying the bill (you can sort out who pays what between yourselves). Same goes with merchandise….. as long as the AP holder hands over the goods at the till with their pass then everyone in your party could receive the discount.

Ready for your next questions 🙂

Kind regards
Billy
