Hi Courtney

Yes the Disneyland Park & Disney Studios tours are both available in English. There is a 3rd tour (Tower of Terror Tour) but this is only available in French. Have fun!

DLP Guided Tours
Hi Steve,

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I do know that Shareholders always got discount (up to 20% off) on the tours previously so I imagine that AP holders would too. There has been talk of there being changes to all the Tours during the 25th Anniversary celebrations but nothing has come to light yet. Call in at City Hall & they will give you a definitive answer (although as with many AP perks, it can depend on who is serving you on the day)!!

Kind Regards
Billy

Ride Closures & Refurbishments 2018
Hi Roy,

Disney tend to release dates around 3 months in advance for small closures. I can tell you that at the end of October there is currently only Ratatouille & Indiana Jones scheduled to close. Phantom Manor “may” be closed but is scheduled to open at the later end of October. You should get a detailed list of any short closures around the beginning of August for closures at the end of October.

Kind Regards
Billy

Annual Passes
Hi Ian,

You will need full Annual Pass before buying discount tickets. As for parking it is unfortunately true that you need to pay for parking on day 1.

Kind Regards.
Billy

Annual Passes
Hi chris,

Annual passes are individual so yes you could have 1 person have Infinity while another has Magic Flex. Many people do it this way as the Infinity holder can use their pass for discount in restaurants for up to 6 people at the table & get free parking for the vehicle etc

Kind Regards.

Visitors with Disabilities
Hi Tracey,

I am from the UK & our govt issues a Blue badge. It doesn’t state what the disability is but it it is only issued to those who have a disability in our country. If that is how your state recognises disability then it should suffice. If you receive any form of state aid or welfare due to disability then you could also take an award letter dated within past 12 months. Disney do not need to know what your disability is, just proof that you have a state/country recognised disability. If in doubt you can ring beforehand for clarity.

Kind Regards
Billy.

Extra Magic Time
Hi Kez,

If you have a Magic Plus or Infinity pass & are buying discounted friends/family ticket then YES you will all gain access to EMT & also all be permitted through the VIP entrance at the turnstiles.
